Hi I’m Virginia. I’m a Registered, Accredited Nutritional Therapist and Nutritionist with a background in Science and Sports Science. I’ve worked in the health and fitness field for over 20 years, and I’m passionate about helping women understand their bodies so they can feel more regulated, capable, and in control of their health.
I work primarily with women experiencing digestive imbalance, persistent fatigue, and hormone disruption — patterns that are often interconnected and significantly impact everyday life. My approach is individualised, evidence-informed, and paced to support sustainable change without overwhelm.
How My Path Began
My interest in nutritional therapy began when someone close to me struggled with chronic digestive disease that conventional medicine treated primarily with stronger medication, with little attention to how daily life was being affected. Working with personalised nutrition, lifestyle changes, and careful support helped them move into remission — and it showed me the power of precise, thoughtful dietary and systemic support.
That experience taught me something important:
Health is not a destination — it’s a steady, individualised process of listening and responding to your body.
Why I Work With Women
Digestion, energy regulation, and hormones are not isolated systems — they influence one another and interact with stress and everyday life patterns. Too often I see women who have been told their test results are “normal” yet they still feel exhausted, unpredictable, and held back by symptoms no one has taken the time to understand.
I help women:
Translate patterns into practical steps
Understand why symptoms persist
Build capacity instead of relying on short-term fixes
Make changes that fit their real lives
This is not about fad diets, quick protocols, or one-size-fits-all plans. It is about individualised clarity, boundaries, and steady progress.

I believe in:
Integrity — honest, transparent work that stays within appropriate scope
Respectful individual care — your experience matters, not a generic box
Sustainable change — real maps, not magic bullets
Shared responsibility — we work with your system, not against it
These values guide how I choose clients and how I practice.
How We Can Work Together
If you’re a woman who feels that something still isn’t right despite trying the “usual advice,” and you’re ready to explore deeper, individualised support, the next step is a short discovery call to check whether 1:1 nutritional therapy is a clear fit for you.

Just to say that I am doing really well, my tummy has really calmed down and the upper tightness has really eased. I am delighted and very grateful for your support

Virginia's knowledge is immense! Very well presented, clear and understandable. I learnt so much in 2 hours. The practical hour was fun and we all came away with some tasty food. Can highly recommend! Looking forward to the next one.
