She always gives clear concise instructions and accurate demonstrations she always says there will be additions but do the exercise at your own pace.

I’ve been doing Pilates classes with V both online & in person for nearly 15 years.
I always feel I’m in very safe hands with V as she is extremely knowledgeable & passionate about all aspects of both fitness & nutrition.
I love how V sets new choreography each week creating different challenges for both the body & mind. Whether it’s a traditional flow or moves using equipment she will always offer different options to suit all abilities from beginners to those who have been practicing for years.
I personally love how I feel after her class, whether it’s addressing a sore joint, achieving a greater stretch or just allowing my body to feel a complete sense of calm it always leaves me feeling I want to come back for more.

We offer a wide range of mat based Pilates to ensure it is accessible for everyone. Within these sessions we will explore the traditional 34 orginal mat moves and flows, as well as discovering mat based equipment such as the overball, the foam roller, magic circle, therabands and more...
No prior experience is necessary. Our classes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced students.
Anything that is comfortable and allows movement. You might want to have some water to hand too.

Yes, Virginia is a certified Pilates coach and has been for over 2 decades, she is also a qualified Nutritional Therapist, masseuse and holds a degree in sport and exercise science.
